**About the role**
- To be eligible for consideration, this position requires clinical leadership experience in at least (1) one of the following areas: Domestic, family, and intimate partner violence, Sexual violence and abuse, Victims of crime, Child protection and/or mental health. _

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications in the areas of Social Work, Behavioural Studies, or Psychology are essential. Certifications and/or extensive demonstrated experience in the areas of crisis/risk management and leadership would be considered valuable for success in this role.
- Minimum two years leadership experience overseeing a service delivery team with demonstrated ability to supervise, engage, retain, and support staff in a way that values diversity, is culturally competent, and prioritises psychological well-being.
- Confident and effective interpersonal, communication and engagement/consultation skills.
- Established resilient and courageous leadership values to achieve great impact through a commitment to continuous quality improvement.
- Knowledge and understanding of intersectional feminist practice and other relevant practice frameworks used to respond to the gendered nature of violence against women and children and victims of violent crime.
- Sound knowledge (or willingness to acquire) about Queensland Domestic Violence Legislation, particularly the Domestic and Family Violence Protection Act 2012.
- Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and enhance relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including both sector and non-sector partners.
- Confident IT and telephone communication skills with a proven ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Significant demonstrated ability to manage complex and competing demands.
- Positive Notice Blue Card and National Police Check, or willingness to obtain prior to commencing employment.
- Valid photo ID.
- Right to work in Australia with no restrictions.
- Willingness to attend office for all shifts.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.
