The Customer Service Centre Officer role is responsible for, but not limited to, managing phone calls, logging customer requests, and answering customer enquiries, as well as maintaining various customer databases.

To be successful in this role, you will pride yourself in managing customer enquiries in a friendly, professional, and timely manner, focusing on first-time resolution.***

**What you will bring**
- Demonstrated experience within a customer service environment, including face-to-face counter and/or call centre operations.
- Word processing skills between 25-30 wpm and 95% accuracy.
- Experience in cash handling.
- Well-developed written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Competent conflict resolution, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment under tight time constraints to achieve deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to use a number of Windows based software packages.
- School Certificate or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of EEO and WH&S practices.
