Join Youi as a Part-Time Desktop Motor Assessor (Vehicle & Leisure) and become part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional motor claims experiences. We're looking for tech-savvy individuals who understand modern devices and apps. You'll build strong relationships with our repairer network and support our customers when they need it most.

**Achieve fantastic work life balance in this role offering**:

- 22.8 Hours a week
- Work Tuesday - Thursday
- Flexible start and finish times
- Work from our office or from home with regular catch ups in our Melbourne office located in Balwyn

**Your duties will include**:

- Completing vehicle damage assessments
- Overseeing the quality of the claims process
- Ensuring compliance with legislation
- Detecting and reducing fraud
- Achieving fast turnaround times and controlling costs
- Representing our business and providing excellent service

**About You**:

- Trade qualification in Panel Beating, Spray Painting, or Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology is essential
- Current driver’s license
- Estimating experience is highly regarded
- Experience in watercraft assessing is an advantage
- Embraces and promotes change in a fast-paced environment
