Role responsibilities:

- Answering phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Booking Appointments
- Meeting and greeting patients with a smile
- Private, Third Party and Medicare billing and receipting
- Typing of doctor’s Dictaphone
- General administration
- Scanning and attaching incoming mail
- Managing patient enquiries and liaising with doctors and nurses

Who you are:

- Experienced Medical Secretary/ Reception
- Proficient in Best Practice software
- Excellent patient care and customer service
- A high level of interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to multitask in busy situations
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Well-developed multitasking and time management in busy situations
