**The Factory specialise in Award Winning Custom Design, Signage, Displays, Christmas & Seasonal Activations.**

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive **Project Co-Ordinator** to join our team on a short-term contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting project delivery from initiation to completion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations.
- Support risk and issue management processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in project coordination or similar role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

**Desirable**:

- Relevant qualifications in project management or business.
- Experience in Building, Construction or Events co-ordination and planning.
