**About the Role**
We have an exciting opening for experienced and professional Admission Secretary to join our Patient Admission team. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Delivering a superior level of customer service to patients, visitors and internal clients.
- Addressing patient and doctor inquiries
- Handling all administrative tasks related to patient, admissions and discharges

To be successful in this role, you will be a well-presented individual who possesses highly developed communication skills, is flexible and excels in a multi-disciplined team environment.

- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft, Excel and Outlook.

- Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology
- Previous experience in booking medical/surgical admissions and procedures highly desirable
**Remuneration**:On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $27.32 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances (QLD Clerk Grade 1 Yr 1 - QLD Clerk Grade 3 Yr 2)
