**The Role**
The National Marketing Coordinator has a wide and important role. The breadth provides experience across the full end-to-end marketing spectrum, but primarily focuses on digital, social and print media. Your main activities will include the planning, execution and analysis of marketing campaigns, and our ongoing customer engagement programs.
You will be working in the education sector, and as such it goes without saying that you will be provided with access to ongoing training and mentoring to aid your professional growth. Ideally, you will have experience within both the IT sector and Vocational Education. Marketing within a CRICOS context is highly advantageous.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Management of the company's websites, blogs & web support systems.
- Management of the company's social media program.
- Management of print collateral & any related agencies.
- Design & development of web, social & print assets including copywriting.
- End-to-end campaign management & marketing event management.
- Lead management, reporting & campaign & data analysis.
- Working with the IT team to access & manage the CRM & marketing data.
- Providing administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
- You will be a passionate marketer, with a digital-first mindset.
- You will have a keen eye for detail, with a first-right-time attitude.
- You are creative, have exceptional (written & verbal) English skills, and are able to communicate with a broad range of people.
**Experience & Skills**
- Experience in managing & drafting website copy, blogs & social media copy.
- Experience in managing & briefing print collateral.
- Social media marketing experience, specifically Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter & Instagram.
- Experience in stakeholder management, campaign management & promotional activities including merchandising.
- Experience in event management, online webinars & seminars.
- Ideally 3+ years' marketing experience in a similar role in the IT education sector.
- Experience in CRICOS RTO an advantage.
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications or extensive marketing experience.
**Desired but not Essential**
- A base understanding of SEO & SEM & their impact on website search rankings.
- Desktop publishing experience, specifically Adobe creative platforms (beginner+).
- Competency in HTML & CSS (beginner+)
Full-Time Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
