**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

An exciting opportunity has become available for a passionate, talented and self-driven industrial workwear and footwear expert, to join our established team as a **Safety Specialist** based in our **Scoresby** office in **Melbourne VIC.**

We’re looking for someone experienced in the supply, sales and delivery of customer solutions of safety workwear and footwear products.

Reporting directly to the Team Leader, you will be supporting our sales and customer care teams in the delivery of exceptional customer value and customer solutions to existing and new customers.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Delivery of safety workwear and footwear category sales support, from product identification to customer solutions (incl. coordination of fit outs etc.), through joint activity with account managers and/or vendors
- Maintaining an opportunity pipeline (incl. CRM), performance reporting, and providing key market and customer insights
- Delivery of product knowledge support (incl. training) to our sales and customer service teams
- Build, develop, and foster existing and new customer and vendor relationships through the delivery of technical expertise
- Provide quote and tender response support including product recommendations
- Contribute to cross function projects and initiatives

To be successful, you will have:

- Proven track record in delivering technical expertise, specifically within the safety workwear and footwear) product categories
- Ability to proactively manage competing priorities and delivering outcomes
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to build positive and effective working relationships across functions
- Desire to be face to face with customers delivering technical solutions
- Comprehensive Microsoft office skills, with CRM experience highly regarded
