This role is based in** Pymble**.

**The Role**

Using a flexible and adaptable approach the responsibilities of the** Receptionist** include:

- Meet and greet clients and visitors.
- Act as the first point of contact for all incoming phone queries, managing requests and room bookings.
- Operate the CMMS for tenancy requests and reports.
- Assist the internal site management team acting as the conduit for client requests as well as other requests as required.
- Full compliance and consistency with the contract and BGIS business systems.
- OHS & E policies and procedures are met and maintained by all stakeholders.
- Assist in all facets of Facilities Management as directed by the Account Manager including but not limited to raising of purchase orders and work orders and follow up and validation of supplier invoices.

**Skills and Experience**
- Strong demonstrated experience in a similar or customer facing role.
- Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/ innovative approach to problems and opportunities.
- Demonstrated understanding of customer service principles including strong professional telephone manner i.e., listening, questioning, empathy, and professionalism.
- Ability to interpret queries and assist customers appropriately.
- Demonstrated attention to detail including good key board skills, speed, and accuracy.
- Knowledge and experience in the use of a Computerised Maintenance Management System knowledge (CMMS).

**Qualifications**

Essential
- High School Certificate or equivalent.

Desirable
- Certificate III (or higher) in Customer Service or Administration.
- Training or knowledge in current OH&S and relevant legislation.
