Web & UX Designer

We are seeking a motivated and talented Web & UX Designer to join our team at our Bankstown office. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing effective, engaging, and accessible website experiences for our diverse range of clients. **Responsibilities**:

- Design and create user-friendly, visually appealing websites and user interfaces.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure web designs align with client branding and marketing objectives.
- Maintain and update existing websites, implementing changes or enhancements as required.
- Use CSS/HTML, Elementor, WordPress, and Figma to bring design concepts to life.
- Use UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimise the user experience.
- Coordinate with the development team to ensure the smooth execution of web projects.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience with CSS/HTML, Elementor, WordPress, and Figma.
- Proven experience in UX/UI design, preferably within a marketing context.
- A solid understanding of user-centred design principles, excellent visual design skills, and a flair for web technologies.
- Good initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Education in a related field is a plus but not a strict requirement.
