**About the role at Prospa**

Supporting the Senior Manager, Marketing and Communications you’ll develop and deliver Prospa’s media, communications and PR strategy. You’ll drive proactive and reactive PR opportunities for Prospa and in partnership with key stakeholders you’ll identify and drive opportunities to maximise our messaging in market.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- External Communications Development - Create, edit, and distribute content across a range of platforms that engage and inform a target audience
- Communications Strategy - Plan and execute the communications strategy that align with the goals of the company
- Internal Stakeholder Management - Collaborate closely with leaders and internal teams to ensure messages align with business goals

**Strengths**
- Attention to detail - Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exists in information and deliverables
- Collaboration - Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals
- Written communication - Writes in a clear and structured format to convey information and ideas effectively to a target audience
