**Your new Opportunity**:
We’re seeking a forward thinking, passionate and enthusiastic PR and Communications Advisor to join our Group Marketing team.

This role works closely with the Group PR and Communications Manager on targeted communications strategies, campaigns and programs to promote and protect the William Buck brand. You’ll also work with a team of over 20 marketing professionals across our offices in Australia and New Zealand

**Day to day you’ll**:
Support the Group PR and Communications Manager to develop content, communications and public relations strategies through regular research, gap analysis and creative and strategic thinking to identify opportunities
Maintain PR and content calendar to ensure regular, relevant and diversified content
Write and distribute press releases and build valuable relationships with key press
Assist with coordination of editorial and media enquiries
Monitor and report on PR and content performance
Provide specialist and best practice communications advice to Group Marketing team, local marketing teams and beyond
Media monitoring and competitor analysis
Lead an internal communications strategy that supports collaboration and aligns with our group HR and P&C goals
Deliver to other initiatives and projects as required by the business

**We are looking for someone who has a**:
Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related field
Minimum of four years’ experience in communications/content or similar role
Strong attention to detail with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Creative mindset, with the ability to develop original, engaging content
Ability to research, write and edit content for a variety of stakeholder and audiences
Love for great copy and engaging communications
Team focused approach, with the ability to work autonomously, manage conflicting deadlines and drive own performance
