**The Client**:
Our client is a Property Development company seeking a PR & Community Manager to join their team

**The Role**:
The PR & Community Manager will work with the Head of Marketing & Branding and Senior Marketing Manager to handle the public relations and community engagements of the company.

Duties include:

- **Press office - **Press release writing; Pitching; Quote writing; building and maintaining PR strategies for corporate and individual developments; developing and maintaining relationships with key media outlets, industry influencers, and stakeholders; Reporting; managing PR budgets
- **Community management - **Corporate blog content writing; creating and sending out EDMs; coordinating with internal teams to develop engaging content, including press releases, product brochures, and online marketing material; assist in customer relationships for recent acquisitions; assist in organise events for potential customers
- **Other -** Award copywriting; seek out and manage speaker opportunities for team; event management/support for residential projects; stay up to date with digital technology trends; stakeholder management
- Hold a BSc degree in PR or relevant other field
- Proven work experience as a PR & Community manager or experience within a PR agency
- Experience planning and leading community initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
