**About the Opportunity**

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Officer to join our internal recruitment team. This is a great opportunity for someone in the early stages of their career. ideal for someone with limited experience but a strong desire to learn and grow in the recruitment field.

You’ll be supported and mentored by experienced professionals as you develop your skills in recruitment across both white-collar and blue-collar roles. If you’re proactive, organised, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

**What’s Involved**

As a key member of the Recruitment team, you will be responsible for the following:

- Assisting Hiring Managers with recruitment needs across various departments
- Learning to develop sourcing strategies and contribute to recruitment campaigns
- Providing general support to the HR team

**You’ll Need**
- Experienced with Microsoft Office suite.
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally with people at all levels
- Great at managing time and taking initiative to get things done

**Desirable**
- Experience working in a large organisation would be considered advantageous.
- Familiarity with industry-specific tickets, licenses, and qualifications is a plus
