About the Role

Please note that to be successful in this role, you must be an Australian Citizen and be able to achieve NV1 security clearance.
What you’ll do
- Meeting client SLAs through the management of resolver group queues to confirm work is completed within agreed time frames.
- Utilizing IT Service Management tools to perform incident, request, change, and problem management.
- Provide on-call support as required

What you’ll bring
- Experience and understanding of enterprise IT technologies such as: Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Cluster Service, VMware vSphere/ESXi, DFSR, IIS, DNS, Load Balancing, Microsoft SQL
- Additional experience or skills with the following: Windows PowerShell scripting, Programming experience (C#, JS, HTML,.Net), Authentication mechanisms (Kerberos, SAML, ADFS)
- Understanding of ITIL Methodology (Change and Release processes)
