**KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

As an Application Administrator, you are accountable for:

- Maintain operations of core infrastructure and collaboration squad by providing expertise across all infrastructure and collaboration technology with a strong customer focus
- Work within an agile environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work within ITIL framework to ensure all processes of Change, problem, incident, capacity and configuration management
- Ensure all documentation is kept up-to-date
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Possess good time management and organisational skills
- Follow Thales processes, including incident, problem and change management
- Prioritise work and manage time to cope with competing demands and priorities
- Maintain and promote a positive outlook and attitude to customers
- Ability to follow tasks through to completion
- Commitment to OH&S and EEO principles
- Must be an Australian Citizen and meet ITAR requirements
- Complete timesheets as required

**KEY KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE**

To be successful in your role, you will have demonstrated and/or acquired the following knowledge and experience:

- Excellent experience in Sharepoint On Prem and Online
- Experience in JIRA and Confluence
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience working with in Information Technology
- Experience in collaboration tools including Microsoft teams, and document management tools
- Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a demonstrated customer service commitment and the ability to prioritise competing demand
- Strong experience in owning an initiative right through to implementation and support.
- Experience Call management Systems like ServiceNow
- Experience in working an agile environment like KANBAN
- Excellent time management skills
