**About the role**:
The objective of the National Deployment team is to support our energy offering to ensure we continue to meet the ongoing needs of our customers.

The National Deployment Co-ordinator works closely with the Head of Property Programs and Deployment to ensure the smooth and effective operation of Ampol’s Deployment function.

Reporting to the Head of Property Programs and Deployment, you will also continuously review department systems, tools, and processes to identify improvement opportunities together with collaborating with cross functional teams and departments to support the project execution and delivery of Ampol’s Future Energy and Decarbonation Strategy across EV charging, solar and battery disciplines.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain department documentation and reporting
- Coordination of critical cross functional governance forums, leadership and department team meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Draft, coordinate and distribute meeting agendas, meeting packs, minutes, and actions
- Create, prepare, maintain, and adapt senior management reports to defined quality standards on a periodic basis (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) as required for multiple Project Review Boards and other project and program related engagement sessions.
- Critically analyse all document content for accuracy and investigate errors or omissions with the Head of Property and Deployment
- First point of contact for day to day cross functional Deployment enquiries and correspondence from internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain and optimise key internal department information and project reporting databases and tools including Doco, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Sensei IQ
- Monitor department compliance to all internal policies and procedures, providing advice and guidance where required

The position can be located in either Brisbane QLD or Sydney NSW.

As we grow, this role may also grow, and reasonable changes may need to be made in accordance with the needs of the business.

**About you**:
You demonstrate a nimble and proactive mindset and the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders including vendors, customers and internal teams to achieve the strategic goals of the organisation.

We are ideally looking for an administrative professional with previous experience in Project or Program Management office functions including document management and reporting. You will be supported by a Tertiary qualification in Business or Project Management.

Your working style exhibits a dynamic edge and flexibility to adapt available resources.

**Key skills and experience**:

- Sound understanding of project and program management, document control and detailed reporting and how to develop and refine processes, procedures, and systems to optimise quality delivery of the project
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technology, experience of working in a flexible, faced paced environment, able to adapt to change and open to new ideas and approaches
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Visio, MS Project) to create visually and verbally engaging reports. Experienced in Sensei IQ will be of interest
- SAP P50 projects and cost centre platform, Business Warehouse (BW) and Power BI
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills and the ability to engage stakeholders and influence change
- Planning, prioritisation, organisational skills, and the capacity to be flexible in balancing priorities to meet/exceed customer needs
