Our client is a fast paced and growing global drinks business who collaborate with premium Spirits, high end venues, countless retailers and collaborate on major events across the country. With exponential growth in sales, brand recognition and constant consumer demand, our client is looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Manager with a can do attitude and well rounded experience to join their Sydney head office team.

As the Trade Marketing Manager, you will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the brand management, activation and sales teams to deliver best in class trade marketing strategies, that you'll bring to life across both on and off liquor channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and lead the trade marketing strategy liquor channels
- Contribute to the achievement of business and brand targets
- Leading, coordinating, creating all assets for customers
- Ensuring all brand materials are delivered in trade, whilst managing inventory of existing materials
- Creating company trade presentation materials including product catalogues, trade presenters and launch documents.
- Sourcing POS, GWPs, and display materials.
- Working with the head of strategy to review consumer and shopper data, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities

Your ideal experience:

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or an associated discipline
- Strategic & executional trade marketing experience within drinks
- Broad cross-functional project management and delivery skills
- Impeccable communication and relationship building ability
- Commercially savvy with strong analytical skills
- Adaptability to be hands-on when required
- Brilliant organisational and planning experience
- Ability to effectively engage and work with multiple key stakeholders

This is an end to end role where you will have lots of autonomy, opportunities to be creative all whilst having exposure across multiple areas of the business giving you a new depth of marketing, trade and commercial experience.
