**Your day in the life of a Lion Vanguard team**

In July 2023, Lion created a stand-alone spirits division which combines Australia’s best gin business Four Pillars Gin, and Australia’s leading importer, marketer, and distributor of premium spirits - **Vanguard Luxury Brands**

The team is growing, and we are currently on the lookout for a **Trade Marketing Executive**to join our Dark Spirits Marketing Team in Sydney on a Permanent Full-Time basis.

Reporting into the** SBM - Dark Spirits**our collective purpose is to develop & deliver brilliant drinks initiatives that influence shoppers and drinkers whilst establishing strong partnerships with our customers.
- Develop and deliver exciting, impactful, insight-led trade marketing and shopper marketing campaigns across the dark spirits portfolio in both on-premises & retail environments.
- Collaborate with brand and sales teams to develop and implement activity that is in line with brand plans, ATL media plans and customer/channel strategies with clearly defined KPIs to measure against.
- Develop briefs and collaborate with external agencies and suppliers to deliver best-in-class trade and shopper marketing activities within budget and on time.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently to coordinate activity across a diverse range of customers and markets whilst ensuring that the brand principles are always upheld
- Conduct post-campaign evaluations to ensure Vanguard Luxury Brands are striving to deliver continual improvement in efficiencies and ROI.
- Support Senior Brand Manager with campaign budget management, calendar management, planning and execution.

**To be successful you will bring**
- **Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- A positive and proactive mindset that embraces a collaborative culture of learning and knowledge sharing.
- Experience working in trade or shopper marketing, hospitality, events or a strong knowledge of the drinks industry will be highly regarded.
- Excellent project & time management skills and the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
