**Your Organisation**

Established 15 years ago, this produce wholesaler provides local fresh fruit and vegetables to hospitality venues around the Sunshine Coast and Byron Bay areas. A renowned brand amongst their communities, they play a key role in supporting local farmers and businesses and have recently undergone a merger with a fellow produce wholesaler.

**Your Role**

Reporting to the CFO and working alongside a Finance Officer, the Accounts Receivable Officer is responsible for all tasks associated with managing customer accounts, including:

- Processing cash receipts including EFT, BPAY, Direct Debit and Credit Card
- Inputting bank transactions daily
- Calculating customer rebates
- Reconciling accounts
- Undertaking outstanding debt collection and internal reporting
- Responding to all customer queries in a timely manner
- Generating weekly customer statements
- Processing and allocating daily and weekly credit card payments

**About You**

With several years’ experience in Accounts Receivable, you will be a team player who fosters collaboration with a friendly attitude. With exceptional time management skills and the ability to work independently and efficiently, you will be a values-based Accounts Receivable professional happy to work in a warehouse-based environment located in Coolum.
