Talent Experience Specialist

**About the role**
Using sound talent sourcing knowledge and contemporary recruitment tactics to find and attract high quality talent, this role curates the first impression of our brand, vision and values and sets our people up for success. The Talent Experience Specialist partners with hiring managers to continually develop and implement solutions within HIF's talent lifecycle ensuring strong brand advocacy and culture ambassadorship to influence, educate, and promote HIF’s vision, values and purpose when supporting the business, our members and our people.
**_There's also some essential responsibilities that will ensure your success in this role;_**
- Responsible for proactively scoping, planning and delivering all components of recruitment for HIF including but not limited to advertising, screening, scheduling, interviews, testing, and diligence.
- Provide a valued and professional service across the business that ensures HIF source and select the best people to support our Members.
- Work closely with the People and Member Experience Analyst to benchmark activities and produce insights relating to recruitment metrics, remuneration and benefits.
- Work with the Marketing team to effectively communicate HIF’s brand, ensuring that all external and internal talent management platforms provide the best possible service aligned to that of our Members.
- Partner, coach and mentor leaders regarding talent sourcing processes and practices, articulating the needs of the roles within their teams, how to find the best people for those roles.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to timeline sourcing activities, inductions and onboarding.
- Support with delivering HIF’s corporate induction components and managing the onboarding experience of new team members.
- Responsible for continually developing and innovating the way HIF finds its best people (internally and externally), challenging the standard against market trends, feedback obtained, and data collected.
- Support with all relevant contractual and payroll processes to ensure seamless internal transfers and development opportunities.

**What we're looking for in you**
- Highly organised lateral thinker.
- Excellent communication skills and with a customer service mindset.
- Interviewing skills and an understanding of best practice talent acquisition strategies.
- Very tech-savvy, able to adapt to new systems quickly and with ease.
- Strong experience in developing and executing contemporary, proactive recruiting strategies.
- Contract administration experience.
- LiveHire experience is highly regarded.
- LinkedIn recruiter experience is highly regarded.
