The General Manager - Enterprise Product will lead the development of enterprise products and solutions, providing governance and portfolio management for all product programs in line with key business strategy, ensuring all projects are successfully monitored, documented, tracked, reported, integrated, and implemented.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including enterprise technology, design, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams across the organisation to define and prioritize product features, and ensure product success in the market.

With an ability to drive team and development success you will work collaboratively through others, think strategically and plan proactively and drive commercial acumen. In addition, you will ideally have:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in product and portfolio management, preferably with experience in product lifecycle management and change management for enterprise-level products in the healthcare market. Demonstrated experience in a dynamic product leadership role.
- Exceptional project management skills.
- Strong conceptual abilities coupled with a strong knowledge of the organisation's business requirements.
- Sound understanding of the organisation’s project governance framework.
- Effective leadership and people management skills coupled with skills in communicating with end users.
- Highly developed coaching and facilitation skills.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.

Demonstrating a passion and commitment for excellence, the customer, and the organisation you build strong networks and relationships with internal and external stakeholders and be the connector of people to enable delivery of the strategy. With a high performance and delivery focused approach, you will need to be flexible and respond well to changing business conditions.
