**THE ROLE**
Working as part of a close knit and collaborative team in a business with a strong reputation, your role will be varied, interesting and will see you manage both online and face-to-face events end-to-end - from concept inception, to coordinating resources, managing budgets, and ultimate event delivery.
Managing a calendar of webinars, events, courses and programs
- your role will see you take the lead for customer event journeys. This role also offers a great deal of autonomy, working under a supportive and collaborative leader. An extremely keen eye for detail and very strong organisational skills will see you juggle the duties of this varied role.
**THE DUTIES**
- Liaising with customers and members to understand their needs, and translating this into actionable outcomes
- Developing customer journeys through a variety of virtual and in-person events
- Managing contractor and speaker bookings for relevant products and services, as well as associated budgets
- Surveying clients for feedback on products and services to implement improvements
- Work closely with wider team to provide administration and customer service support
**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**
To be successful in this varied position you will be professional and mature minded by nature and process oriented in how you work. You will enjoy managing multiple priorities and utilising your strong organisation skills to deliver the event calendar
- Prior experience within event delivery, both virtual and face-to-face
- Experience managing budgets, contractors, and speakers
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- A tech savvy mindset, with a willigness to learn and adapt
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office
