- As a Market Leader, you’ll represent our business to clients, drive growth in the land development & Infrastructure sector, and lead strategic initiatives that position us as a trusted industry leader._
- With strong client relationships and deep knowledge of Victoria’s development landscape, you’ll lead key projects and promote specialist capabilities while also guiding strategic expansion into South Australia._
- The role sits within our Community Development group where you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of VIC projects in land development, subdivision, commercial buildings and infrastructure._

**Day to day tasks would involve**:

- **Client & Market Leadership**: Be the trusted advisor clients seek, drive proactive engagement, and elevate our market brand.
- **Strategic Growth**: Drive market growth by identifying strategic opportunities, shaping bids, and leveraging industry trends to position the business as a technical and commercial leader.
- **Collaboration**: Foster cross-business collaboration to strengthen client relationships, share global expertise, and support project delivery through Communities of Practice and strategic leadership alignment.
- **Project Delivery**: Lead, review, and advise on key projects, ensuring efficiency and excellence in delivery.
- **People Leadership**: Collaborate closely with Business and Group Leaders to mentor emerging talent, identify strategic recruitment needs, and strengthen project delivery across the Business Centre.

**Qualifications**

**To be successful for this role you'll need**:

- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Project management, Construction management or relevant technical qualification is desirable.
- Ideally 20 years of professional experience in civil engineering consulting or related disciplines.
- Proven leadership in the land development and infrastructure market.
- Professional registration in a related field.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
