**The position**
- The role requires you to manage multiple projects in a broad range of areas:

- Land development
- Title boundaries
- Construction setouts and feature surveys
- Due diligence work
- Existing conditions work

On a day to day basis, much of your work will be in the land development space. In addition to overseeing work of others, you'll be managing your own portfolio of clients in the private and public sector and will be responsible for financials on the same. You will also work as part of the management team to identify strategic goals and share information with the team to further develop and mentor tomorrow’s land surveyors.

**About you**
- You have 5 or more years' surveying experience preferably within the local Victorian market
- You are a licensed surveyor
- You are familiar with surveying techniques for land development projects
- You can hold your own in the field and enjoy a challenging role

We are looking for the best but be assured that a salary package will reflect this - we expect in a range of $110k - $140k plus Super.
