We’re looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented individual to join our Lonsdale team as an Administrator/Weighbridge Operator.

This great full time opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with people, and wants to be part of an industry that makes a real environmental impact.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Welcoming and assisting customers in a timely, professional manner
- Processing payments in line with customer trading terms
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Keeping the weighbridge office neat, organised and running smoothly
- Supporting the Yard Manager with day-to-day admin tasks
- Always putting safety first - for yourself, your team and our customers

**What we’re looking for**:

- Great customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude
- Strong communication and basic numeracy skills
- Confidence using computers - especially for data entry
- A team player with a proactive, can-do approach
- Strong attention to detail and great time management
