**About the role**
As the Residential Administration Officer you will undertake administrative support activities to ensure the effect and efficient operations within our Aged Care Community. Through this role you will provide reception services, maintain stock level, undertake filing and assist with paperwork.
**Key Responsibilities**
You will:
- Provide a professional, reception contact;
- Provide a high standard of administrative support;
- Establish, maintain and update office systems;
- Assist with and coordinate activities pertaining to the Admission and Discharge process; and
- Actively participate in the development, implementation and evaluation of workplace quality improvement activities.
**Skills and experience**
You will have:
- Experience in a similar administrative support role;
- Experience providing effective, efficient and confidential administrative support;
- The ability to effectively manage time, resources and workload;
- Highly developed word processing and keyboard skills; and
- The ability to communicate, a clear, effective and engaging manner.

**How to apply**
