Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced ‘**Instructional Designer’.**

**Note**: Just looking for Strong Instructional Designers**, **SuccessFactors / HR / HCM experience is not mandatory.
Someone who worked on large system/transformation program work as an Instructional Designer rather than just internal eLearning module creation. A combination of training delivery and instructional design would be important.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design, in a large-scale program or project environment working with cross-functional teams
- Involvement in multiple end-to-end training implementations (over 1+ year in duration each) in business transformation contexts.
- Implementation of HR services relating to recruitment, onboarding and performance management
- Demonstrated ability to switch between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery and support
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to create clear, compelling and engaging materials (presentation packs, facilitation guides, work instructions, quick reference guides, FAQs, support materials)
- Ability to work in a dynamic, ambiguous context without pre-established frameworks in place and being resourceful to fill gaps and maintain progress
