**How will I Help?**

Your role will be critical in creating effective learning courses and materials to meet the needs of our Corporate Services transformation programs, aiming to deliver enhanced experiences and capability for our Westpac employees. Adopting a customer centric approach, you will place the customer at the centre of all design. You will have a flexible approach to achieving sustainable learning outcomes, working closely with internal stakeholders, both Project and business teams.

The role brings a mastery of learning design and technology to:

- Design and evaluate new eLearning materials
- Create and design and revamp both new and established learning models
- Face to face training and the training of others on how to deliver learning material
- Research new innovations in both learning design and education to the betterment of Corporate Services and the Chief Transformation Officer’s transformation delivery portfolios.

**What do I need?**

To be successful in this role you will have significant Instructional Design experience across a large-scale program.

**Ideally you will bring**:

- Experience building, leading and transforming learning curriculum in a large-scale organisation
- Tertiary qualifications in instructional design or educational design
- Teaching or training background beneficial
- Experience as a Learning & Development Manager
- Innovative thinking to problem solving and achieving sustainable learning outcomes
