Collaborate with academic staff to design and develop engaging learning materials and online microcredentials in nursing.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
To be considered for this exciting role, you will need to meet the following selection criteria and demonstrate how you meet these in a covering letter:
Selection Criteria
- A qualification in instructional design, educational development and/or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation in education technology and support educators to deliver material using these innovations.
- Experienced in the design and development of online education and microcredentials for tertiary study and continuous professional development.
- Proven ability and willingness to work collaboratively with a diverse group of internal and external customers to drive a project to completion.
- Demonstrated high-level computer skills and proficiency in the use of Learning Management Systems, Education Design platforms such as Articulate Rise, and Microsoft Office software.
- Demonstrated high-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven well-developed interpersonal, problem solving and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a high volume and deadline driven environment whilst maintaining a high standard of work.

Please note**:this position is 12 month fixed-term contract with possibility of extension**.
