**Join Our Team as a Direct Care Attendant (Community) - Support Independence and Wellbeing at Home**

**About the Role**:
As a **Direct Care Attendant (Community)**, you’ll provide hands-on support and care to clients in their homes, assisting them to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. You’ll work closely with the coordinator and a multidisciplinary team of Community Health professionals to deliver tailored, client-focused services. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to combine compassion, practical skills, and teamwork to positively impact the lives of clients and their families.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in exercising own judgment and initiative in the day-to-day execution of a position.
- Experience in the use of computer packages e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel.
