Groeneveld-Beka is a world leader in the design, production and distribution of transport efficiency products to service the transport, mining, agriculture and construction sectors.

Based in Welshpool, we are seeking a motivated individual to join our small team. This is a full-time role. As a Warehouse Storeperson / Customer Service, you will:

  • Interact with customers and process their Sales/Parts Order.
  • Monitor freight delivery of incoming outgoing stock shipments
  • Process Technician stock requests.
  • Liaise with local suppliers regarding stock orders.
  • Build kits as required.
  • Pick & pack outward parts and kit orders.
  • Receipt of inward goods & store them in the correct location.

Skills & Experience Needed:

  • Working in Transport and Logistics environment preferable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Inventory Management Software and data entry skills
  • Knowledge with working warehouse machinery and parts.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Work efficiently in a team and with limited supervision.
  • Flexibility in work hours.
  • Good communication, language and literacy skills.
  • Good customer service skills - Telephone, Email and Walk-ins.
  • High attention to details.
