**Security, Systems & Technology Manager**

Here is a fantastic opportunity to join our ICT Team at Gateways Support Services

We are a not-for profit organisation, providing support to Australians with disabilities. Our service delivery relies on passionate team members and multiple information systems and platforms.

We are now on the search for an experienced Security, Systems & Technology Manager to take the lead in the improvement and upgrade of our security and systems technology.

**The Role**

Reporting to our CFO and managing a team of 6 (covering helpdesk, apps and infrastructure maintenance, patches, upgrades, and administration etc ), you are responsible for setting the security standards for existing and planned infrastructures.

As a project manager and IT systems expert, you will create and manage processes and best practices while recommending benchmarked solutions to present the most effective strategy to our Executive Managers Team.

We will seek your expertise in recommending the best solutions for our business requirements.

This position is an exciting opportunity to deliver on the key action plan including:

- Management and development of the ICT team and budget.
- moving the organisation on a cloud-based solution within the next 12 months.
- partnering with key stakeholders to resolve and develop IT solutions.
- Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels.
- Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction.

Your mission for the next 12 months is to significantly improve the IT landscape and lead the organisation into best IT practices.

Working closely with the CFO and Executive Managers team, you will be trusted in your capacity to work and manage your projects autonomously in respect of agreed deadlines.

This is a full time 12-month position, based in our office in North Geelong, with the option for hybrid working where possible.

You have successfully achieved similar challenges and can bring a new look into our organisation’s systems and strategy.

Beyond your technical skills, you define yourself as a great communicator, able to keep relevant stakeholders updated and provide advanced reporting to our Executive Team.
