At MSS Security, we are committed to providing exceptional security and concierge services, creating a safe and welcoming environment for our clients and their guests. We are looking for dependable and skilled individuals to fill casual positions as Foot Patrol Officers, Control Room Operators, and Concierge Security. These roles involve working on a 24/7 rotating roster.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage control room operations, ensuring all systems are operational and secure.- Provide exceptional concierge services, addressing client needs and inquiries with professionalism.- Conduct regular foot patrols to maintain security and safety across the premises.- Interact with the public and clients in a courteous and effective manner.- Adhere to directives from management and work collaboratively within a team.
**Requirements**:
- Must be an Australian Citizen- Valid Victorian Security License - Control Room Endorsement is advantageous- Cert II in Security Operations (Or Higher)- The ability to work a 24*7 rotating roster- Willingness to complete the NDIA Security check pack and AGSVA Defence NV1 pack- Previous experience in a control room environment- Experience in a concierge or reception role-
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with the public and clients- Ability to follow instructions and incorporate feedback from management- Capability to work effectively in a team environment- A strong work ethic and commitment to high-quality service
