Key responsibilities include:

- **System Support**: Assist in the programming, updates, and troubleshooting of access control systems, intruder alarms, and electronic lockers.
- **Maintenance Coordination**: Respond to security requests, allocate repairs, and ensure timely maintenance.
- **Contractor Supervision**: Liaise with contractors, manage work orders, and ensure safety and compliance.
- **Concierge Assistance**: Support front-of-house operations, conduct security inspections, and ensure a professional presence at the concierge desk.
- **Mailroom Duties**: Oversee internal mail operations, including managing incoming/outgoing mail and assisting with digital mail systems.
- **Collaboration**: Work with the Security Technical Officer and Facilities Maintenance team on physical and system-based security operations.

**About you**
- ** Qualifications**:Certificate 3 in Security Operations (including Control Room Monitoring and Screening), WorkSafe Construction Induction (White Card), and a current Working with Children Check (employee).
- **Experience**:

- Knowledge of building security systems, access control, CCTV, and building management systems.
- Familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety requirements, including Safe Work Method Statements.
- **Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
