MSS Security, is looking for experienced Security Officers for a highly regulated oil refinery in Corio. This fast-paced, high-surveillance environment offers an opportunity to deliver exceptional security services in a pivotal setting.

About the Role:
In this position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and security at the site. Your responsibilities will include emergency management, access control, and conducting foot and vehicle patrols. This is a casual position with a rotating 7-day schedule, including a 24/7 shift rotation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a strong security presence and monitor activities related to asset protection- Respond to and report emergencies- Monitor CCTV and radio communication systems- Deliver exceptional customer service- Manage access control- Enforce rules and regulations, including directing individuals as needed- Complete incident reports and document occurrences- Conduct foot and vehicle patrols

Skills & Experience:
- Full Australian Working Rights- Certificate II in Security Operations (or higher)- Valid Victorian Security License with control room endorsement- Valid VIC Driver’s License- Valid First Aid and CPR- Proven experience in security roles within high-surveillance environments (industrial security experience is highly regarded)- Flexibility to work on a rotating 7-day roster- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Willingness to complete a shadow shift onsite- Willingness to complete a medical clearance
