The Chief Information Officer has an impressive background in technology, driving strategic initiatives and is striving to achieve a more positive customer experience, enhance user experience and increase compliance and controls in the business. She has an amazing management style and is very focused on helping staff grow and develop in unity with cross functional engagement.
**The Role**
This role represents an excellent long-term opportunity to work with an organisation that is in an extremely exciting time and will offer continued professional development with a good work-life balance. This opportunity would encompass the definition and execution of a greenfields enterprise by providing training and change management across the technology offering. This Technology Trainer will:
- Conduct staff training needs assessment by collecting information on employee skillsets and identifying opportunities to uplift technology skills.
- Determine appropriate course content and objectives.
- Work with operational leaders, develop method to evaluate the impact of training based on operational parameters.
- For internal delivered courses - prepares training plans, materials and sessions (for group or individual delivery).
- For externally delivered courses - select suitable providers and manage supplier relationship for delivery.
- Provide training schedules and agendas.
This position will offer stability and security through an opportunity in the NFP sector allowing career development in an environment that is encouraging of work-life balance and flexibility.
**Your Profile***
With a background in training and an enthusiasm for delivering within immature environments you will be able to communicate with stakeholders across IT and the business whilst providing initiative and intuitive thinking surrounding designing and delivering training materials.
