Moss & Co have partnered with a reputable mid-sized Law firm on the recruitment of a Technology Trainer. This role is a full time opportunity, within the corporate services team, working alongside other Trainers.

You may be a Legal Secretary looking for something a little bit different, and a change of pace. This role would suit someone wanting to work within a team and someone who enjoys training new employee's and existing staff members.

**Your responsibilities will include -**
- Providing one-on-one support/training & classroom training to groups
- Writing and implementing training manuals
- New processes and systems implementation
- Reviewing and documenting enquiries
- Writing and updating the Frequently Asked Questions manual
- Ad hoc Administrative duties

Ideally you will have prior experience with Training and have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office in MS Word 2010 and 2013 (ie advance formatting, cross referencing, styles and template creation)
