You’ll be responsible for making things happen, everything from the initiation of a project to reporting on delivery across a variety of digital channels.

**The role is to**:

- EDM campaign executions in CRMs such as Salesforce, Hubspot and Campaign Monitor
- Develop relationships with internal teams, external suppliers and clients to build trust
- Manage all aspects of end-to-end project management, including budgets, timelines and resourcing and project status reporting
- Liaising with and managing UX/UI, design and development resources, with both internal and external teams
- Functional requirements gathering, scoping and estimating digital projects

**You will need**:

- To have an agency background as a digital / CRM producer with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Outstanding attention to detail, loads of initiative and motivation to learn new digital tools & marketing automation platforms
- The ability to work with a variety of CMS platforms as a content manager and a keen eye for UI/UX
- Intermediate G-Suite & JIRA competencies
- Interest in innovation and technologies with outstanding communication skills
