**About the Company**:
Sustain has partnered with a large retail firm with a strong presence in the Australian market. They are looking for a talented Digital Producer to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and help deliver exceptional digital experiences for customers.

**About the Role**:
As a Digital Producer, you will be responsible for managing digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You will be working closely with marketing and digital teams, as well as third-party vendors, to ensure that digital properties meet the needs of customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing digital projects from inception to completion, including scoping, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery
- Ensuring that all digital properties are delivered to a high standard, meet customer needs, and align with brand and messaging
- Managing third-party vendors and contractors, ensuring that they deliver quality work on time and within budget
- Developing and implementing content migration plans, ideally on AEM
- Collaborating with UX and design teams to ensure that digital properties are user-friendly and visually appealing
- Creating and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and budgets
- Ensuring that all projects comply with internal processes and policies

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Digital Producer or similar role, ideally within a large enterprise
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing complex digital projects from inception to completion
- Experience with enterprise CMS, ideally AEM, and confidence with content migration projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience working in an Agile environment
