They specialise in everything from product strategy to digital experience design to custom software development - so no two days are the same working here- They combine cutting-edge technology with creative innovation to deliver digital experiences that make a real impact, and they are seeking a Digital Producer to join their dynamic team and drive the successful execution of their projects.-
- Responsibilities:- Accurately scope and define digital and software development projects, including project requirements and success metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate project delivery on time and to the brief.
- Translate complex technical ideas into simple, understandable concepts for both clients and internal team members.
- Lead the project management and delivery of the no-code project (SaaS), including ongoing platform development, documentation, and training.
- Assist in developing and maintaining an ongoing roadmap for the no-code platform.
- Create and manage digital training, user guides, video tutorials, and support materials for inclusion in the no-code platform.
- Translate logical planning into clear project plans, schedules, and documents.
- Ensure a high level of quality assurance for all internal and external projects.
- Maintain documentation for all internal and external projects.
- Serve as the main client interface on tech projects, clarifying strategic requirements, explaining complex ideas clearly, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Utilise tools like the Office Suite, Jira, Confluence, and other agency programs effectively.
- Possess a working knowledge of CMS and Marketing Automation platforms, including Adobe, Salesforce, and more.
- Manage all projects within scope, timeline, and budgets.
- Stay up-to-date with digital development technologies and maintain expertise in quality assurance processes.
- Project manage eDM campaign production.
- Complete daily timesheets in Workbook.- Requirements:- 5+ years of experience as a Digital Producer or related field.
- Recent experience in an agency environment
- Certifications or hands-on experience with agile or other project management methodologies.
- Experience with content management systems
- Familiarity with campaign platforms like Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Teams, Confluence, and more.- Benefits:- This is a great opportunity for a mid-level producer to step up towards a senior role
