As our new Project Administrator, you’ll be a vital part of the QLD Industrial administration team, who are changing the way we add value and help deliver our projects.
Your role will include:
- Review, format and update documents for maintenance and quality control
- Upload, workflow and prepare documents for project teams on various content engines
- Advise and support project team with information management standards
- Assist with project reporting and other initiatives as directed by the Project Manager
- Booking meeting rooms and take minutes
- Update and maintain weekly project and administration registers for service group
- Book and amend travel arrangements
- Prepare and issue weekly reports for Project Managers
- Assist and prepare weekly cost control reports and tasks as required
- Onboard new starters
- Assist Project Managers with document control tasks and issue transmittals
- Check and submit overtime forms
