**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a Trainee Coffee Machine Technician, you will undergo a comprehensive training program that covers both the technical and operational aspects of our business. Your responsibilities will include:

- Learning the intricacies of coffee machine diagnosis, repair, and maintenance
- Assisting in the installation and servicing of coffee machines for our valued customers
- Gaining hands-on experience in providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborating with our skilled team to ensure top-notch outcomes and customer satisfaction
- Embracing new challenges with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- A genuine passion for coffee and the coffee industry
- Demonstrated experience in delivering excellent customer service
- A valid Manual Australian driver's license
- A positive attitude and a strong eagerness to learn and explore new opportunities
- Technical experience (preferred, but not mandatory)
