**About the Role**

We have recently made some positive changes in the
**ee-FIT **business and due to this we are looking for a passionate
**Pre-Sales Customer Service Expert** to join our team at
**ee-Fit Keysborough**. You will be working in a small and dedicated team that all work collaboratively together. This is a great opportunity for someone who may want to step aside from outbound calls or come from retail and want to explore customer service from an internal capacity.

You will learn about our industry, be the expert in Insulation and be able to make informed and confident decisions to ensure all our clients receive exceptional customer service
_ Ideally you will be coming from a trade, building, construction or manufacturing background and passionate about building a career_

**Skills and Experience**
- Internal Sales or Customer Service experience
- The ability to use influencing and negotiations skills
- Understand how to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with MYOB and CRM systems
- Ability to handle queries and complaints
- Processing orders. bookings and services
- Experience in organising workflow to support customer timeframes
- Skills in building customer relationships
- Excellent in data entry, computer systems, and communication
