OUR COMPANY

Floral Interiors is a well-established, family run business specialising in importing artificial flowers, plants, trees, pots and vases. The majority of our business is wholesale trade dealing with Australia's leading retailers, furniture and homeware stores, florists, garden centres, interiors designers along with stylists, wedding and event hire companies, display homes, hospitality, healthcare, architects and commercial construction.

We are seeking a motivated Sales manager to manage our Melbourne showroom drive our growth Australia wide.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Meeting with our customers in the showroom and assisting in placing orders.

Driving sales, by managing existing accounts, following up on showroom appointments and new registrations.

Answering customer enquiries over the phone.

Assisting customers with placing orders through our website.

Promoting and representing Floral Interiors at Trade Fairs.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Outstanding people skills.

Proven sales experience.

Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Exceptional customer service skills in both person and on the phone.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure.

Independent working skills as well being a team player who is receptive to feedback & instructions.

HOURS AND LOCATION

Location is at our beautiful office and showroom in Keysborough.

Hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.
