**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Office Adminitrator/Team Assistant to work from our North Sydney office in a varied and diverse role, helping with the organisation and smooth-running of the daily operations of the company.
You will help organise company events, day-to-day logistics, operations and aesthetics for the office and assist the Sydney Office with planning, bookings, purchases, maintaining office supplies, and travel bookings. There’s also the opportunity to gain experience in different functional teams within the organisation depending on your interests and experience, with opportunities for advancement.

**ABOUT YOU**
You should be a friendly professional able to handle multiple ongoing tasks concurrently. You will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. You will demonstrate the following:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivation and ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team
- Attention to detail with financial and sales administration tasks
- Previous experience in a relevant team/office/admin type role would be beneficial
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook/Teams/Excel/PowerBI preferred
