**Job Title**:
Commercial Asset Finance and Business Loan Broker - Full Time

$70,000 + super + uncapped commission

**About Us**:
Overdrive Commercial Funding is a new and upcoming asset finance brokerage firm in Sydney. We service all industries Australia wide for business owners, ABN holders, sole traders and tradies.

We help secure finance for any new or used trucks, trailers, business vehicles, machinery and equipment sold by dealers, private sellers, or auctions with our panel of 60+ banks and lenders.

Our mission is to build trusted relationships with the people of Australia by securing them the best possible deal at the most affordable price so that they can reach their long-term business goals, by allowing them to use our services with no upfront costs or hidden fees.

**The Job**:
We are on the hunt for a highly driven and optimistic experienced brokers looking for their next challenge in the financial industry. The role will see you predominantly doing commercial asset finance deals for all other types of loans, such as: Trucks & Trailers, Machinery & Equipment, Business Vehicles, Luxury Vehicles including Business loans from $10K up to $1M. This is the perfect position if you thrive in a start-up environment, are passionate about helping your clients, and have a proven record in meeting and exceeding sales targets while building long-term strong relationships with your clients and referral partners.
- Identifying the client’s objectives and needs in order to match them with the right lender and loan product from our panel of 60+ banks and non-bank lenders
- See the client through the whole loan journey from initial call through to settlement
- Fostering great customer experience focusing on long term relationships and referral business
- Manage your sales pipeline to ensure revenue targets are achieved
- Making cold calls and generating in new clients for Overdrive
- Develop strong relationships with your clients, our dealership and lender partners
- Develop strong relationships with your managers and colleagues so that we can all help each other succeed and reach targets as a team

**Must Have**:

- Experience in commercial finance will be required
- Excellent communication and relationship skills (phone, writing and in person)
- Ability to work independently and work on multiple apps under pressure
- Ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline - time management, multi-tasking, managing diverse clients at various points in their loan journey
- Out of the box thinking
- High attention to detail
- Strong focus on exceeding sales targets
- Must be reliable, hardworking, and competitive (hungry to win)
- General computer skills (CRM knowledge helpful)
- Someone who GETS OUT THERE and MAKES IT HAPPEN rather than waiting for a deals to fall in their lap

**Salary**: $69,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- No weekends
