About Us:
We are a mortgage brokerage firm in Chatswood, NSW, conveniently situated just 300 meters from the station.

The Role:
As an assistant, you will support our mortgage brokers in processing client loans and contribute to business development efforts.

**Requirements**:

- While prior work experience is not mandatory, Australian local experience in accounting or finance is highly desirable.
- A university degree in accounting or finance is the minimum qualification required.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English (both written and spoken) is necessary.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Calculate borrowing capacity.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Follow up with lenders and clients.
- Prepare for settlement.
- Provide post-settlement services.
