Civil Site Supervisor Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily construction operations, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate subcontractors and on-site personnel efficiently.
- Monitor project progress for timely completion and adjust as needed.
- Maintain safe working conditions, ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, and legislative standards.
- Enforce ISO 9001 quality management and ISO 45001 occupational health and safety standards.
- Ensure all activities comply with ISO 14001 environmental management standards.
- Conduct inspections, safety briefings, and training sessions.
- Implement environmental protection measures and manage waste disposal.
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Develop team members to support organizational growth.
- Create a positive team environment fostering high morale and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on site activities.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively.
- Organise materials, equipment, and technical advice for construction projects.
- Maintain comprehensive site documentation according to company policies.
- Ensure project adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Liaise with project engineers and managers to monitor progress and adjust schedules.
- Compile reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
- Delegate tasks, schedule meetings, and provide feedback to the team.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, reflecting company values.

Note: Role responsibilities may evolve to meet company objectives.

Pay: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
