Looking for a National Franchise Sales Manager, you will be a key individual responsible for the ongoing growth and development of their already flourishing portfolio._

**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Follow up all potential new franchisee leads in a timely and prompt manner
- Responsible for the end to end process for all new franchisees joining the business
- Develop and create strategies, marketing avenues and policies for new franchise recruitment
- Manage and optimise the CRM to maximise lead generation and ensure consistent communication throughout the sale process
- Manage and lead a small team, you are a passionate mentor and manager
- Oversee and ensure all franchise attraction strategy is continually reviewed and renewed to maximise success and appeal.
- Suggest and implement new ideas and development for franchisee attraction and attrition. You will be part of policy and process improvement, we want your ideas
- Work closely with the Leasing team for new store build timelines, and maximising interest areas.
